Meet Just Us

 Yvette Clark is a 57 year old mother of two by birth, but raised 4; and grandmother of Five (5).  Married for 37 years and enjoy spending time with her family.  Especially enjoy spending time with her husband, traveling at least three times a year or more.  She enjoy putting together puzzles in her spare time, specifically puzzles with a thousand pieces or more.    One of her greatest passions is cooking, entertaining and watching those around her enjoy the pleasure of eating the food/s she cooks.   Her Business Administration skills and Cooking expertise has driven her to provide support to Just Us Cooking in all their endeavors and the  Achieving their GOAL…... 

 Tabitha  Brown is a 44 year old mother of two and a grandmother of one. Tabitha was a wife for 19 years , she was recently widowed. Tabitha is a very active member is her church and does volunteer work in the fight against breast cancer. Tabitha has always enjoyed cooking and serving meals for her family and friends and from that Just Us Cooking was born.. In her spare time she likes to listen to music, read, put together puzzles and create new dishes.  

 Monica Hearst joined Just Us Cooking in 2014.  Monica has always felt at home in the kitchen she loves the challenge of preparing a dish straight off of a magazine cover and giving it her own special twist. She has been cooking for her family, friends and co workers for many years. Monica is the proud mother of 3 sons Khiry (11/26/1989 - 1/28/1990), Jamil and Tamiek. Through the years, her cooking attracted family and friends who have asked her to cook for picnics and parties where she became known and affectionally called the "Lasagna and Devil egg Queen".
 In addition to cooking, Monica has a passion for decor and presentation.  From a small dinner party to an extravagant event, her roust for accentuation and adding her special touch has been a wonderful addition to Just Us Cooking.  Monica is a faithful and active church member and believing that putting God first though him all things are possible.  Monica is also a care giver to her mother who suffers from Alzheimer's her passion is traveling, volunteer work, cooking, reading and spending time with her family.  Her favorite motto is:  "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass...It's about learning to dance in the rain" - and she has indeed found her rhythm and stayed with it. 

 Jo-Ann Williams is the silent partner of Just Us Cooking, and also our backbone and foundation. Without her none of this would be possible. Mother of Michele and adoptive mother of Tabitha, Monica, and Yvette. Grandmother of seven and great grandma of one.Jo-Ann has been there though it all. She is the chief cornerstone of Just Us Cooking.  Always an encouraging word in our early years. 

Without her love and support and keen business savvy we would not be where we are today. She has never wanted to take away for what we were doing and always told us this was Ours. She didn't even want this bio but we would be remiss not to acknowledge this beautiful woman. Thank you Mom for instilling a love of perfection and service with a smile. We thank God for you EVERYDAY!!!! 

​Michele with one L Harris is self motivated entrepreneur. Wife of 29 years and the loving mother of 5 children, Four boys and a girl!!! Higly active in her church,and also and advocate and volunteer for Susan G Komen Race for the Cure. 
Michele has always loved cooking since a young age. Watching her grandmothers cook sparked a passion in her that still burns. Cooking is a form of love to her, and watching someone enjoy something she created excites her.
 

 Owning and operated her own lemonade stand that she enhanced with the sale of cookies at the age of twelve; something she acquired from a deal with a neighborhood friend/brother. (Gary Brown Rip) 
Michele has always had an eye for business.Since a young age Michele knew she wanted to have her own.
 

 Michele is known for her "Feisty Wings" and "Just Juice". Always the life of the party, and she gives great hugs. She has two motto's"The Joy of the Lord is my strength" and "When life gives you lemons!!!! Make Lemonade, Lemon Pies, Lemon SOMETHING!!" No matter what life throws her way she makes it work!!
 

 Cooking and having family and friends around has always been her passion. One day it clicked and in 1995 Just Us Cooking was born
